Prior to joining the firm, she was CEO at the start-up firms Trade-Ranger and Intelligent Diagnostics. Previously, she worked at Texaco for 19 years. While at Texaco, Ms. Farley had been President of Worldwide Exploration & New Ventures, President of the North America Production Division and CEO of HydroTexaco in Copenhagen. She is a member of the National Petroleum Council. Ms. Farley received a BS from Emory University.

He is chairman of Expectation Graduation, a program started by Houston Mayor Bill White, to keep children in school.

Previously, Mr. Randall worked at Amoco Production Company, where he led the E&P acquisition and divestment group. He sits on the Boards of XTO Energy (NYSE), the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, the Sam Houston Council Boy Scouts of America, and is Chairman of the University of Texas Engineering Advisory Board. Mr. Randall is a former Board Member of Esenjay Exploration, Inc. (NASDAQ), the Foundation for the Arts and Community Enrichment, and a past Chairman of the Petroleum Engineering Visiting Committee at UT. He is currently a member of the UT Chancellor's Council, IPAA, SPE, and API. Mr. Randall received a BS and MS in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
