We maintain relationships with many of the mid-sized and large private equity funds in the United States and Europe. The group serves as a liaison between the different industry and product groups at Jefferies, including leveraged finance and M&A, and acts as a distribution channel for companies seeking to raise private equity to finance acquisitions, or to recapitalize. The group seeks to match members of the private equity community with valuable investment opportunities in established areas of interest.
