Bruce Huber is Head of European Technology Investment Banking at Jefferies and a Managing Director of the Jefferies Broadview technology investment banking group. Mr. Huber is also the investment banking representative on the board of directors of Jefferies International Limited. With over 23 years of technology investment banking expertise, including over 15 years working with European clients, he has advised on over 100 M&A and capital markets transactions. Previously, he was a director focusing on international M&A at Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW) working in London and Frankfurt. Prior to joining BZW, Mr. Huber worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in their New York office, where he helped build the firm's communications investment banking practice from 1984 to 1990, with experience across IPOs, convertible debt, private placements, project financing and high yield debt through M&A advisory. He holds a BSE degree from Princeton University.

She works in the firm's London office and is a member of the Software, Services & Media global practice group. Ms. Langley has more than 12 years of experience in the technology industry. She specializes in the software sector and has advised on numerous transactions in the application software, IT services and Internet sectors. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Ms. Langley focused in corporate development at Cable & Wireless, where she worked for six years. She holds an MBA degree from London Business School.
