In this role Mr. Sandoli will be responsible for leading the firm's efforts in providing credit rating and capital structure advice and analysis to corporate clients in connection with their capital raising and acquisition financing decisions.

Mr. Sandoli brings to Jefferies over 15 years of investment banking experience, including seven years at Bear Stearns where he was a Managing Director and led the Leveraged Finance Ratings Advisory business. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Sandoli spent six years at Goldman Sachs in credit risk management and rating agency advisory. He received his MBA from Columbia University and his BS from Villanova University.
