Timothy E. Cronin - Managing Director
Mr. Cronin began his business career as a government bond trader for Dean Witter in 1977 and was a treasury trader at A.G. Becker and Merrill Lynch. In 1985 he joined PaineWebber as head of the government securities business and in 1988 he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Fixed Income, where he was responsible for the government, mortgage-backed securities, corporate bond, high yield, and fixed income derivatives business worldwide. He was a member of the PaineWebber Inc. Executive Committee, its Board of Directors, and Chairman of the firm's Risk Management Committee. In 1997 he joined Nikko Securities where he became Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Nikko Securities International U.S. Mr. Cronin is a founding member of Bonds Direct, now the Fixed Income division of Jefferies & Company, Inc.

James Nealis - Managing Director
Mr. Nealis began his career at First Boston in 1976 where he spent fourteen years in their Fixed Income Division. In 1990, Mr. Nealis joined PaineWebber's Fixed Income Division to become head of Government Bond Trading. He was promoted to Managing Director and given the added responsibilities of Risk Manager and Trading for all government, agency and over-the-counter treasury options. Mr. Nealis joined Bonds Direct, now the Fixed Income division of Jefferies & Company, Inc., in November of 2001 and oversees the division's risk management.

Joseph Scellato - Managing Director
Mr. Scellato began his business career at Wechsler & Krumholz in 1983 as a Convertible Bond Trader. He then joined Gruntal & Co. as a Corporate Bond Trader. His major responsibilities were trading the firm's total position of Long Industrials and expanding institutional account coverage. In 1996, Mr. Scellato joined Spear, Leeds & Kellogg to develop their corporate bond trading desk. He was the Manager of Corporate Bond Trading and was promoted to Director of Fixed Income. In 2003, Mr. Scellato joined Bonds Direct, now the Fixed Income division of Jefferies & Company, Inc., as Head of Corporate Bond Trading.

Michael Effron - Managing Director
Mr. Effron joined the Fixed Income division of Jefferies & Company, Inc. in August 2005 as Head Trader for the Agency Desk. His primary focus is on the trading and underwriting of callable agency debt as well as managing relationships with various Government Sponsored Enterprises. Mr. Effron began his career as a Portfolio Manager and Head of Cash Management for the Ohio State University, and was a Portfolio Manager for Corporate One Credit Union. He has over 19 years of experience in the sales and trading business and spent several years of his early career on the buy-side. Prior to joining Jefferies Bonds Direct Division, he held various positions at Piper Jaffrey, where he worked for eight years, including Head of Fixed Income Trading, Head of Agency Trading and Corporate Bond Trader. Prior to Piper Jaffrey, he was Head of Taxable Trading at Huntington Capital Corporation in Columbus Ohio. Mr. Effron holds a BS in Finance from the Ohio State University and is a Certified Cash Manager from the Association of Financial Professionals.

Thomas di Galoma - Managing Director
Mr. di Galoma began his career as a government bond salesman at Nomura Securities in 1985. In 1989, he joined Smith Barney as a Director of Fixed Income Sales covering interest rate/ liquid product accounts as well as asset-leveraged accounts in Europe. In 1998, he joined Paribas Corporation as a Director of Fixed Income and Derivative Sales covering hedge funds and liquid products. In 2001, Mr. di Galoma joined Merrill Lynch as a Senior Vice President covering interest rate and liquidity product accounts both in the U.S. and in Europe. Mr. di Galoma joined Bonds Direct, now the Fixed Income division of Jefferies & Company, Inc., in 2003 as a Managing Director and is responsible for all Treasury Products Sales and Trading.

James Perillo - Managing Director
Mr. Perillo began his business career at Prudential in 1988 in the Accounting Department and then moved to the Trading Desk. He held senior trading jobs at Daiwa, Smith Barney and J.P. Morgan in the years of 1991-2004. He joined Piper Jaffrey in 2002 to manage and build their mortgage trading desk. He joined Bonds Direct, now the Fixed Income division of Jefferies & Company, Inc., in January 2005 as Managing Director in charge of mortgage-backed securities trading and sales.

F. Erich Bauer-Rowe - Managing Director
Mr. Bauer-Rowe joined the Fixed Income division of Jefferies & Company, Inc. as a Managing Director in February 2006, his primary focus is on emerging markets. Mr. Bauer-Rowe has over twenty years of experience in the Fixed Income markets including positions at Wachovia Capital Markets and Lehman Brothers. He managed sovereign bond trading for Brazil, Argentina and Andean credits, and was an Emerging Markets Senior Trader responsible for Argentina's sovereign markets. In addition, Mr. Bauer-Rowe managed Lehman Brother's Puerto Rico Fixed Income desk, where he was responsible for over $2Bln in structured product origination and over $5Bln in new issues. Mr. Bauer-Rowe holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
